Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Artemys— the website, dashboard, and our Discord bot (together, the "Service") — operated by Mina Media LLC. By creating an account, enrolling in a campaign, or using the bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Artemys is a creator partnership platform: creators apply to join our roster, we pitch them to brand sponsors, manage partnerships and sponsored campaigns, and administer related payouts. Admission to the roster and to individual campaigns is at our discretion.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
  • The information you provide — including follower counts, analytics, and uploaded screenshots — must be accurate and belong to accounts you control.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and everything done under your account.

4. Creator conduct

  • Follow the rules of the platforms you post on (e.g. the X terms of service) and all laws that apply to sponsored content, including required ad disclosures (such as the FTC Endorsement Guides).
  • No artificial engagement: purchased followers or engagement, bots, engagement pods, or any manipulation of metrics is prohibited.
  • Submit only content you created, from accounts you enrolled with.

5. Campaigns, scoring & payouts

  • Each campaign publishes its own rules: eligibility, deliverables, entry window, prize pool, how scores are computed, how many submissions count, and how the pool is split across placements (including any completion floor). Those rules are shown before you enroll and form part of these terms for that campaign.
  • Submissions are validated automatically (author, duplicates, timing) and audited before payout. We may reject or disqualify submissions — or remove a participant — for fraud, artificial engagement, rule violations, or content that harms the sponsor or Artemys, at our reasonable discretion.
  • Leaderboards freeze before a campaign ends for final audit; standings are final when we mark the campaign completed. Tied scores split the combined prize of the tied placements.
  • Payouts are made after audit, through the payout method on your account. You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. Separate agreements

Commission rates, exclusivity, and other commercial terms between you and Mina Media LLC are governed by the Creator Partnership Agreement (or other contract) you sign with us. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

7. Your content & our license

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your public handle, avatar, submitted posts, and performance metrics on campaign leaderboards (web and Discord) and in reports to the sponsoring brand, for the purpose of running the program.

8. The Discord bot

The bot operates in designated campaign channels: it records the post links you submit, answers your commands, and maintains a pinned leaderboard. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms. Don't spam, impersonate others, or attempt to manipulate the bot.

9. Acceptable use

Don't interfere with or attempt to breach the Service, scrape other users' data, access accounts that aren't yours, or use the Service for anything unlawful.

10. Termination

You can leave the platform at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Amounts you have genuinely earned under a signed agreement survive termination; amounts attributable to fraud or manipulation do not.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee partnerships, campaign earnings, uptime, or the accuracy of third-party metrics. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mina Media LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts we paid you in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of the new version, and the date above always reflects the current one. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Mina Media LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
