Who we are

Artemys is a creator partnership platform operated by Mina Media LLC (“we”, “us”). We connect content creators with brand sponsors, manage partnerships and sponsored campaigns, and handle related payouts. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our Discord bot, and related services, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Application & account details — name, email address, Discord username, location (city/state/country), timezone, and content niche, collected when you apply to join the roster.
• Social platform data — your handles on platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick, plus follower counts and performance metrics you report, including analytics screenshots you upload as evidence.
• Campaign data — links to public posts you submit to sponsored campaigns, engagement metrics for those posts (views, likes, replies, reposts, quote posts), and the Discord account ID you link so our bot can attribute your submissions.
• Business records — partnership details, agreements and e-signatures, invoices, and payout history.
• Payment details — the payout information you provide (e.g. a crypto wallet address). These are encrypted at rest.
• Messages — conversations with our team through the in-app messaging feature, and messages you send in campaign Discord channels that contain post links (processed only to record your submission).
• Technical data — authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in, and aggregate, non-identifying usage analytics for our website.

How we use it

• Reviewing applications and running the creator program.
• Pitching creators to brand sponsors — brand-facing reports identify you by your public @handle and performance metrics, never your contact details.
• Operating sponsored campaigns: validating submissions, scoring leaderboards, and calculating payouts.
• Issuing invoices, processing payouts, and keeping required records.
• Sending you service notifications (in-app and by email) about applications, agreements, campaigns, and payments.
• If you use the optional screenshot import, extracting the numbers from analytics screenshots you upload using a third-party AI service — only the screenshot you choose to upload is processed.

What's public

Campaign leaderboards — on the web and in Discord — display your public X handle, submission counts, scores, ranks, and prize amounts. The posts you submit are already public on X. Your contact details, payment details, and private metrics are never shown publicly.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with third-party service providers that help us run the platform, with brand sponsors as described above, or where the law requires it.

Retention & deletion

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal information by contacting us; we may retain records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment records).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit; sensitive payment details are additionally encrypted at rest; and database access is restricted per-user with row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least access.

Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and applications from minors are not accepted.
